Donation of Funds

Financial donations help the Library to continue to serve our community with resources available to all. Checks can be made out to the “NorthEast-Millerton Library” and mailed to PO BOX 786, Millerton NY, 12546. Donations can also be made by credit card at the PayPal link below.

Purchase a Community Calendar

In 2021, the Northeast-Millerton Library became the new home of the Millerton Lions Club Community Calendar. The Community Calendar has been a tradition in Millerton since the 1950’s when it was started by then Lions Club President Cliff Andrews as a way “to make our community a real friendly one by bringing each individual a little closer to his neighbor.”

A limited number of calendars will be available after the preorder period ends August 1, but it is strongly suggested that preorders made to make sure your copy is reserved.

Donation of Books or Other Materials

To donate books and other materials to the library please contact us. While we welcome donations, we do not always have room to store them before our next sale so it is always best to call first before loading up your car!
A few things to keep in mind before you make your donation:
• We cannot accept encyclopedias, textbooks, Reader’s Digest, or Time Life collections, as well as items that are older than ten years.
• Please make sure the items are, at a minimum, clean and in like new or fair condition. A good rule of thumb is always would you buy this item again in its current condition. If the answer is no, then probably no one else would either.
