Gary Higgins, a lifelong NW corner resident has been performing and writing music for over 50 years. His 1973 vinyl recording Red Hash continues to be a cult classic and his recent reissue was met with rave reviews. . He has since toured the US and Canada based on its release, including a showcase at the famed 2008 SXSW music festival. Music from the record was also featured on the hit TV show "How I Met Your Mother". He is presently working on a new cd of his own music playing all instruments himself including bass and drums!
Dave VandeBogart has been playing music professionally since 1974. A Millerton, NY native, Dave has been the lead guitarist in several local bands throughout the years including Clutch Cargo, The Nightriders, The Random Concept, Old School, and Last Good Bender. Dave is also song writer, and has recorded two solo CDs. Dave has played many venues in several U.S. cities with Gary. Dave continues to write music and perform at many venues across the region each year.
