The idea behind the concept of “Successful Aging” is that many of the phenomena many assume are unavoidable consequences of getting older are avoidable after all - by taking steps that are surprisingly simple to avoid disease and injury, maintaining good physical and cognitive function, and continuing to engage in social and productive activity. The ” presentation also includes a quick overview of Office for the Aging services.
