Healthy Choices NY is a FREE workshop series for adults and caregivers dealing with any type of ongoing health condition such as Diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Pain, Arthritis, Memory Loss, Depression and High Blood Pressure. The workshop meets once a week for 6 weeks as a small group to help provide support through discussion and teach practical ways to deal with issues like pain and stress. There will be an open house on Tuesday, September 24 from 2pm to 3pm at the Northeast-Millerton Library Annex located at 28 Century Blvd in Millerton NY. The workshop will be held every following Tuesday (October 1, 8, 15, 22, and November 5) for 6 weeks in the Annex from 2pm to 4:30pm.
