The NorthEast-Millerton Library strives to promote the development of independent, thoughtful, and literate citizens through the provision of open access to cultural, intellectual, and informational resources. In addition to the 30,000 plus physical and digital items we provide to community members with Library cards, we also offer access to adult and children’s programs, Wi-Fi, public computers, copying, faxing, scanning, meeting space, a seed library, free recycling of batteries, ink cartridges, and glasses, 3D printing, exhibit space, and the Library of Things.
Location:
The NorthEast-Millerton Library is located on Main Street between North Maple Avenue and Dutchess Avenue near the traffic light. Parking is available at the Main Street entrance (front) and the Century Boulevard entrance (rear).

About the Library:
The library was founded in 1867 with a total of 326 books as the Millerton Reading Association. The library now houses approximately 27,000 items.

The NorthEast-Millerton Library Board of Trustees meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6 PM at 75 Main St. Millerton, NY. The annual meeting is the second Wednesday in January at 6 PM (the regular meeting will follow immediately after).
