NorthWest Passage

Saturday, July 9 at 6:30 pm at Taconic State Park-Rudd Pond

NorthWest Passage is a four person band that plays an eclectic mix of Americana, Folk, and Down Home Blues. Ed Thorney, Greg Reiss, Jill Gibbons and Dave Mallison create strong vocals and harmonies that tell stories we all can relate to.  Ed’s blues harmonica reaches a little deeper into one’s musical soul.  Covers of favorite artists include John Hiatt, Chris Stapleton, Guy Clark, Gillian Welch, The Band, Grateful Dead, Patti Griffin, Bob Dylan and Little Feat.
All players are natives of CT’s northwest corner and love the tri-state cultural interaction with NY and MA – hence the name, NorthWest Passage.

Taconic State Park Rudd Pond is located at 59 Rudd Dr, Millerton, NY. Visitors arriving before 6 pm will be charged a parking fee. Please remember that we are guests in this park and be kind to the attendants.

This project has been supported by a grant from the Northeast Dutchess Fund of the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation.
