About Us

The NorthEast-Millerton Library strives to promote the development of independent, thoughtful, and literate citizens through the provision of open access to cultural, intellectual, and informational resources. In addition to 30,000 plus physical and digital items provided to community members with Library cards, we also offer access for all community members to:
adult and children’s programs, Wi-Fi, public computers, copying and faxing service, meeting space, and a seed library.

Location:

The NorthEast-Millerton Library is located on Main Street between Route 62 and Dutchess Avenue. Parking is available at the Main Street entrance (front) and the Century Boulevard entrance (rear).

About the Library:

The library was founded in 1867 with a total of 326 books as the Millerton Reading Association. The library now houses approximately 27,000 items.
